This Design/Build project will provide a new Trades and Technology Building for the Mountainland Technical College (MTECH) located in Heber City, Utah. The approximately 94,100 GSF project will include programs in healthcare, trades, and culinary arts. Program spaces include, but are not limited to, the following: nurse and medical assistant, pharmacy technician, dental assisting, welding, automated manufacturing, automotive technology, diesel technology, culinary arts, multi-purpose rooms, student amenities, student services, offices and building support space.
