Renovation of a municipal facility in Pensacola, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Contact purchasing@cityofpensacola.com or 850-435-1835 with questions. The City shall have the authority to reject all bids and advertise for new bids. This project is overseen by the Public Works and Facilities Department and is for the renovation of the City Council Chamber, which shall include refurbishing the dais, new carpeting, new paint and ceiling lighting, removal of the theatre seating and reconstructing a new back wall. Dust Control - Make sure the existing sound wall, that is not scheduled to be touched, is covered and protected to prevent dust and other material from getting in between the wall flutes. Any questions concerning the proposal should be addressed and submitted in writing no later than 10:00 A.M., local time, November 13, 2023 to Dedria Lunderman, the Purchasing Manger purchasing@cityofpensacola.com
