Renovation of a parking garage in Pensacola, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
Deadline for questions: november 17, 2023 General work description: Notice is hereby given that the Escambia County Board of County Commissioners, Mass Transit Department (ECAT), will receive informal quotes for the removal and repair of the chain/actuator, 12 bottom slates, bottom lock slate, and sensitive edge on the Overhead Door brand shop garage door, insulated and windproof. Garage door is approximately 15 feet wide. Bidders must be able to provide proof of Worker's Compensation Insurance, General Liability Insurance, and Auto Liability insurance should your firm be awarded the contract. There are five parts to this project: removal and repair of the bottom 12 slates, bottom lock slate, sensitive edge, chain/motor actuator, and any other noticed defects on the overhead door brand, shop garage bay door that is insulated and windproof. Bidders must be able to provide proof of Worker's Compensation Insurance, General Liability Insurance, and Auto Liability insurance should your firm be awarded the contract. Please see attached standard insurance requirements and certificates document.
