Renovation of a multi-residential development in Charleston, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
All questions are to be asked via email no later than 4:00 pm, December 29, 2023. The work consists of but is not limited to site and apartment electrical upgrade from 100 amp service to 200 amp service including replacing overhead service, power poles, transformers, meter centers, apartment electrical panels, etc. and all associated work for a complete project. Contractors shall have 5 years minimum experience in the work to be performed. Examination of Plans, Project Manual and Addenda are not guaranteed to be the latest issues. Bidder may also examine bid documents at the following locations: Charleston-Kanawha Housing 1525 Washington Street Charleston, West Virginia 25312 Attn: Mr. Robert Shamblin Adkins Design, Inc. 1522 Clearview Heights Charleston, West Virginia 25312 Attn: larry Adkins The scope and details of the proposed work will be covered. Attendance is recommended. Site visitation is mandatory and will be conducted immediately after the pre-bid meeting. Charleston-Kanawha Housing reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding process.
