PURPOSE AND SCOPE: The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of the General Services Division to establish a contract for the following: Remove all existing wallpaper and cove base in the first floor hallway, refinish hallway walls and paint (Approximately 2,300 square feet of wall space). Reinstall new cove base throughout first floor hallway. Remove existing wall tile from front entrance, but the floor tile is to remain (Approximately 81 feet in length). Remove existing grout in floor tile and regrout to match existing in front entrance (Approximately 480 square feet). (Alternate 1) Remove all existing wallpaper and cove base in the basement/ground floor hallway, refinish hallway walls and paint (Approximately 2,300 square feet of wall space). Reinstall new cove base throughout basement/ground floor hallway. Remove existing wall tile, but the floor tile is to remain (Approximately 81 feet in length). Remove existing grout in floor tile and regrout to match existing (Approximately 960 square feet). (Alternate 2) Remove all existing wallpaper and cove base in the 3rd floor hallway, refinish hallway walls and paint (Approximately 2,300 square feet of wall space). Reinstall new cove base throughout 3rd floor hallway. (Alternate 3) Remove all existing wallpaper and cove base in the 4th floor hallway, refinish hallway walls and paint (Approximately 2,300 square feet of wall space). Reinstall new cove base throughout 4th floor hallway. (Alternate 4) Remove all existing wallpaper and cove base in the 2nd floor hallway, refinish hallway walls and paint (Approximately 2,300 square feet of wall space). Reinstall new cove base throughout 2nd floor hallway.
