The Town of Richlands, Virginia (The Town) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to providers of Engineering, Design, Construction, and Delivery Services for a slab on grade bridge replacement of the Oriole Street bridge where it crosses Little Town Hill Creek, near the intersection of Oriole Street and Lake Park Drive in The Town. The former bridge has been taken out of service and removed due to structural failure. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
