MacEwan University Facilities Department is an accredited ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 50001 certified operation. Considering this, the Facilities Department operates with a mandate for planning, reporting, meeting objectives and continual improvement. This mandate is operationalized with both internal, department resources and external resources. MacEwan Facilities has determined that Renovation Contractors - Carpentry, Painting, Flooring and Window/Glass are critical to the operation of our campus. Therefore, it intends to establish a roster of qualified contractors to deliver renovation contractors - carpentry, painting, flooring, and window/glass. The following are the key business objectives that MacEwan University is seeking to achieve through the engagement of professional contractors: o retain qualified and experienced firm(s) or individual(s) to provide renovation services including carpentry, painting, flooring, and window/glass to MacEwan University, o optimize operational efficiencies, o increase organizational effectiveness, o reduce operating costs by obtaining cost effective renovation contractors for carpentry, painting, flooring, and window/glass services, and o meet the requirements of renovation contractors - carpentry, painting, flooring, and window/glass over the term of the Agreement, as identified by MacEwan University, completed in the required timeframes.
