Renovation of a municipal facility in Edmonton, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Work of this Contract comprises the following: .1 Coil replacement in south air handler. .2 Asbestos Abatement: The scope of work consists of hazardous materials removal involving moderate glovebag and high-risk asbestos control measures, ballasts with the potential presence of polychlorinated biphenyl, a fire extinguisher that is potentially an ozone-depleting substance, miscellaneous chemicals and lead containing paint. All in accordance with the Alberta Asbestos abatement manual, The waste control regulation for Alberta, WorkSafe Alberta Lead at the Work site, and Occupational Health and Safety Regulations (2023).
