Renovation of a stadium in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, Quebec. Working plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
Upgrades and repairs to the Salaberry arena located in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield. The scope of the project provides for replacement and modernization of the building mechanical systems. The project involves, among other things, replacing the current ammonia ice refrigeration equipment with a screw chiller system using R-513A refrigerant as well as updating the ventilation and control systems. TIMELINE: Working drawings are underway. Tender for the general contractor is anticipated in early/mid-summer 2024. Construction start is preliminary slated for summer 2025.
