All equipment being replaced will be removed by OCS, all new equipment is to be installed by the winning bidder. Delivery Point 8100 Richlands Hwy Richlands, NC 28574 Onslow County Schools reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in bids and, unless otherwise specified by the offeror, to accept any item in the bid. If either a unit price or extended price is obviously in error and the other is obviously correct, the incorrect price will be disregarded.
