The U.S. Army, Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI), on behalf of the U.S. Army Joint Munitions Command, is conducting a market survey to identify potential sources with the experience and expertise necessary to repair three Detention Basin and remediate Detonation Pit number 16 to a safe operating condition at the Hawthorne Army Depot in Hawthorne Nevada.
