Renovation of a municipal facility in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is seeking bids for a combination modular wall system to create two (2) offices, approximately 10' x 9' each. Walls shall be floor to ceiling with glass panels at top to ensure sufficient lighting . REQUIREMENTS: TPWD currently has existing Herman Miller modular workstations and is seeking bids for compatible floor to ceiling modular walls to create two 10' x 9' office spaces. Combination wall system shall match existing DIRTT system, finishes and layouts for future flexibility and configuration. Quotes shall be for standalone wall system and installation services only, no worksurfaces or accessories needed The State reserves the right to make an award on the basis of low line-item bid, low total of line items, or in any other combination that will serve the best interest of the State and to reject any and all bid items in the sole discretion of the State.
