Minimal upgrades to Mechanical systems. No requirements for air conditioning in both lounges. Electrical upgrades to power, life safety systems and all new lighting. Plumbing related items include new ADA toilet in in lounge 252, new kitchen in 252 and some plumbing upgrades to lounge 251. The lounges are not currently sprinklered, new fire suppression system will be included in this project.
