Notice is hereby given that the Placer County Water Agency (hereinafter referred to as "PCWA" or "Agency") has determined that all General Contractors bidding on the upcoming Middle Fork Project - Penstock Relining Projects ("Project") at French Meadows Penstock and Ralston Penstock must be pre-qualified prior to submitting a Bid on the Project. It is mandatory that all General Contractors who intend to submit a Bid for this project ("Prospective Bidders"), fully complete the Statements of Pre-Qualifications package for General Contractors ("G-SOPQ" or "SOPQ"), provide all materials requested herein, and be pre-qualified by the Agency to be on the final qualified Bidder's list. The final list of pre-qualified General Contractors will be stated in the project Bid Documents. The Agency reserves the right to waive irregularities and omissions in the information contained in the pre-qualification application submitted and to make all final determinations Last Day for Questions or Comments December 1, 2023
