Site work and paving for a road / highway in Washington, District of Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The District of Columbia, Office of Contracting and Procurement, for and on behalf of the District of Columbia Department of Transportation (DDOT), pursuant to the Procurement Practices Reform Act of 2010, and the Procurement Integrity, Transparency, and Accountability Amendment Act of 2016, is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from experienced firms (Offerors) interested in providing construction management services for managing all activities required for the completion of placing Pavement Marking restorations on the Districts roadways (the Project). This contract is federally funded, open market project with a 22% Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) subcontracting goal. Scope: The Consultant shall provide repair real property services, including, but not limited to, assessment of the work of the Pavement Marking Contractor for compliance with District rules and regulations, prepare, maintain and secure on current basis all contract records including correspondence, change orders, claims, Consultant documents, partials payments, minutes of meetings, daily inspection reports, construction estimates. The Consultant may be asked to prepare draft work orders for work to be performed by the Pavement Marking Contractor. Work may be assigned on an emergency basis to provide services for critical repairs. General services will be assigned on an as-needed basis by work order, which shall define the scope of work and expected outcomes. The Consultant will be required to visit assigned locations accompanied by the DDOTs Contract Administrator, or his/her designee, to verify the scope of work and limits for rehabilitation, including, but not limited to, retrofitting and repair/replacement work prior to the issuance of a work order. The Consultant shall provide a fixed price for the assigned work using negotiated labor rates, equipment usage and other needed services, as well as a schedule for completing the services.
