Contract Award Date: Mar 15, 2024 Contract Award Number: 1282B124D0015 Task/Delivery Order Number: Contractor Awarded Unique Entity ID: Contractor Awarded Name: See attachment Contractor Awarded Address: Sheridan, WY USA Base and All Options Value (Total Contract Value): $50,000,000.00 The Forest Service is in need of for vegetation treatment for the purpose of reducing the risk of wildfires and to meet silvicultural objectives on all Region 2 National Forests and Grasslands. The resulting multiple- IDIQ contracts will acquire that primarily include (but would not be to) general Vegetation Management . Project areas are reforested areas, natural and managed stands of timber of all ages, size, and species, shrub fields, or grass areas. Fuels will consist of harvest activity slash, natural fuels, live fuels, and slashed shrubs and trees. Fuel loadings range from less than 1/2 ton per acres to as high as 200 tons or more per acre. The of this contract are designed to provide for fuels reduction, and timber stand improvement in Region 2 National Forests and Grasslands or on adjacent to R2 where cross boundary can achieve project objectives. This includes furnishing labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, operating supplies (except those designated as Government furnished), and incidentals to perform all work necessary as listed in the schedule of items. This work may include cutting of standing dead or alive and or downed and dead material laying on the ground as well as piling and other slash disposal methods and site preparation work through manual or mechanical treatments or as specified in the task order. All questions for this solicitation must be sent to Gilbert Chonje, Contract Specialist, at gilbert.chonje@usda.gov no later than 4PM EST Time on 08 December 2023. Questions received after that time will be addressed at the Government's discretion. All questions submitted on or before the above due date will be compiled and the government will submit an to this solicitation; the will address any questions received from contractors regarding this requirement. Period of : 02/15/2024 to 02/14/2029
