New construction of a municipal facility in Cedartown, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility.
The work to be done consists of furnishing all the labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary for the new construction of Lankford Corner at the Silver Comet as described in the Specifications, Construction Drawings, and Bid Documents. Bonds: Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the Bid Sum on standard surety company form. A faithful Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the Bid, and a Labor & Materials Payment Bond in the amount of not less than the amount of said Bid, one hundred percent (100%), as provided by Georgia Code Section 23-1704 and 23-1705, shall be furnished by the successful bidder. The City of Cedartown reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, and to re-solicit if deemed necessary.
