Paulding County (County) is soliciting Statement of Qualifications from qualified firm(s) to provide consultant services for a Scoping Phase for PI 0019801 for the widening and improvement of Dallas Acworth Highway, between Mt. Tabor Church Road/ Frey Road to SR 92/ Cedarcrest Road. Proposers shall inform themselves concerning Georgia Laws and comply with same. Paulding County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive informalities and technicalities, to reject portions of the proposals, and to award contracts in a manner consistent with the County and the laws governing the State of Georgia.
