PCSD is seeking a bid on services for replacement of gutters and downspouts at Nebo Elementary School. Note: All inquiries must be submitted in the Q/A section . No response other than written, distributed by the Procurement Department, will be binding upon PCSD. The Procurement Department, in its discretion, may call upon user departments for clarification in their area of expertise. Questions concerning this solicitation must be received by December 8, 2023, 11:00 a.m. ET. Answers will be posted to the solicitation in the PCSD Electronic portal. All communications concerning this IFB must be submitted in writing to the PCSD Purchasing Department. Cole Crowder, Procurement Director, will administer the solicitation process and will be the point of contact for purposes of this IFB and may be contacted at purchasing@paulding.k12.ga.us. In using this method for solicitation, PCSD is seeking the lowest priced responsive and responsible bidder meeting specifications and requirements. Meaning, the bidder who submits the lowest price, whose bid meets the specifications, terms, and conditions set forth in the IFB, and who is clearly capable of delivering the products or services specified. Periodically, the lowest responsible bidder will not always be the bidder who has submitted the lowest monetary bid. To be eligible for consideration, bid response shall be presented in accordance with the instructions of this solicitation and within the timeframe specified. It shall be the responsibility of the selected Bidder to meet all specifications and guidelines set forth herein. Award of bids will be made in the best interest of PCSD.
