Renovation of a water / sewer project in Pecos, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Project No: 01302720 Project consists of new mechanical bar screen, new cloth, media filter (additive alternate), lift station upgrades, storage pond liner, and disinfection upgrades. Proposers must submit a Cashier's or Certified Check issued by a bank satisfactory to Owner, or a Proposal Bond from a reliable Surety Company, payable without recourse to the order of Town of Pecos City in an amount not less than 5 percent of Proposal submitted as a guarantee that Proposer will enter into a contract and execute bonds in the forms provided within 15 days after notice of award of contract to him. Proposals without the required check or Proposal Bond will not be considered. Owner reserves right to reject any or all Proposals, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Proposals. Owner will reject Proposal of any Proposer Owner finds, after reasonable inquiry and evaluation, not responsible.
