This is a multi-package project consisting of the demolition, reconstruction, and renovation of Pecos High School in Pecos, Texas. Please see below for a breakdown of all packages and associated work for this project. Each package will be bid separately, as the entire project is phased over a five-year duration. Value estimated reflects package 5: $41,145,307 East Campus No Work West Campus New Competition Gym Demo existing Competition Gym and Natatorium South Campus No Work All other Proposal Packages will have one Base Bid, which will consist of all that trade’s work for the entire project.
