This Item shall govern for the furnishing and applying of all materials, equipment and labor for coal-tar sealer/rejuvenator, applied to a previously prepared bituminous surface, in accordance with these specifications, as shown on the plans or as directed by the Engineer. Tentative Award Date: March 11, 2024 The purpose of this product is to rejuvenate oxidized or otherwise aged asphalt binder and/or to provide a fuel-resistant surface. Question Deadline 02/26/2024 Do not contact the requesting department. Any questions or additional information required by interested vendors must be emailed to bidquestions@reevescounty.org before Monday, February 26, 2024. Contract shall begin upon the effective date of the ordinance awarding the contract, January 1, or whichever is later, and terminate on December 31, 2024. At the County's option, this Contract may be renewed under the same terms and conditions for two (2) additional one (1) year periods. Renewals shall be in writing and signed by the Purchasing Department or her designee, without further action by the Reeves County Commissioners, subject to and contingent upon appropriation of funding therefore.
