Renovation of a mixed-use development in Pecos, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The project consists of applying security film to existing glass at Pecos High School and Crockett Middle School for Pecos-Barstow-Toyah ISD in Pecos, Texas. Please break out your pricing between the two schools. These breakouts are for accounting purposes only. Work will not be divided between the two schools (one contractor will perform their entire scope at both schools). Site visits to the high school and then the middle school will be conducted immediately after the meeting. Interested parties will be required to present a state issued driver's license to visit each school site and remain with the group for the duration of each visit. This pre-proposal meeting is not mandatory, but highly recommended and proposers are responsible for all information discussed at the meeting.
