Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Pecos, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 103,530-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; swimming pool; and swimming pool.
As of September 10, 2024, construction is underway. The awarding of subcontracts has started. It's still in the process and not all trades have been awarded yet. The project consists of the construction of a 103,530 SF two-story Athletics & Natatorium Building, including locker rooms, practice gyms, a competition pool, and associated site work. Package 3B is entirely separate from Package 3A, which consists of the construction of a new Academics Building. Please do not include any work associated with Package 3A (Academics) in your bid for Package 3B.
