Contractor for Small Facilities Projects. The purpose of this Invitation for Bids IFB is to establish term contract(s) for obtaining services of qualified contractors who are readily available to provide carpentry-related services, trade specific services or the ability to subcontract for trade specific services for the County of Hanover, Virginia. Services shall be provided on an as needed basis. The work performed under this contract will be small-scale projects ranging from hundreds of dollars up to $50,000 with most projects less than $10,000.00. The intent is to have Contractors available to support the facilities departments as needed for small projects. The County further reserves the right to reject any bid if the evidence submitted by, or investigations of, such Bidder fails to satisfy the County that such Bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the contract and to provide the services and/or furnish the goods contemplated therein.
