The bid is to include removal of snow from the following areas. 1. Winfield City Offices-sidewalks, porch area and a 2.5-foot swipe along the north side of the Winfield Office Building at 115 N. Locust St. 2. Sidewalks west of the Fire Station sidewalks around the Winfield Library and front door of the Fire Station and Library to be made accessible. 3. Sidewalks on Locust Street for the two blocks of the business district and north side of West Elm Street to the alley. 4. Sidewalks on W. Ash & N. Olive around sand volleyball lot 5. Sidewalk south of water tower on W. Central Ave Removal to be completed before opening of the City Offices at 8 AM Monday thru Friday. Availability to remove snow from sidewalk as needed during business hours and on weekends needs to be defined in bid submittal. Payment to be made once a month at the regular council meeting and approval of bills. A copy of your Certificate of Liability Insurance from your insurance agent must also be part of your bid. Bids will be approved by the Winfield City Council.
