Veolia Water Milwaukee (VWM) is seeking bid packages for furnishing all plant labor, equipment, materials and performing all work necessary for this project. The project contemplated herein consists of an On-Call Contract for Millwright Machinist work, for the rest of 2023 and 2024. All contractor and subcontractor employees shall obtain specific site plant safety training from Veolia Water prior to working on the site. Veolia Water will offer a total of two one-hour training sessions to the contractor and any subcontractors. The Contractor shall adhere to all Veolia Water safety policy and procedures. The time of completion of the work to be executed under this Contract will be established on a per Task Order basis and is the essence of the Contract. For each Task Order the time of completion shall begin on the date of the Notice to Proceed for the particular Task Order. Veolia Water reserves the right to reject all Bids or any Bid or Bids not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Contract Documents and to waive any informalities or deficiencies in any Bid to the extent that informality or deficiency is immaterial and promptly cured. Veolia Water further reserves its rights to postpone the award of the Contract for a period of time not exceeding one hundred twenty (120) days from the bid opening date. Bids shall remain firm and may not be withdrawn during this one hundred twenty (120) day period.
