This proposal will be used to expand the existing video surveillance coverage at the Dade County Sports Complex to include the parking lot, concession stand, concession entrance, conference room and workshop. The Board of Commissioners of Dade County, Georgia, solicits competitive sealed proposal from qualified vendors to expand the video surveillance coverage at the Dade County Sports Complex. All contract procurement shall be conducted in a manner providing full and open competition in compliance with Federal, State and local procurement regulations. Dade County, Georgia has identified the scope of work on pages 8-9. All contractors/vendors hired for this project shall comply with all Federal, State and local regulations. The goal of this project is to increase video surveillance coverage to the parking lot, concession stand, concession entrance, conference room and workshop. 2. Vendor shall provide a pictorial representation of camera locations and pixels per foot. There shall be no less than 38 pixels per foot for the defined areas of coverage.
