This project will Reclaim various streets within the City of Toledo, adding Sidewalks on the various streets, upgrading handicap ramps and placing Chicanes on Whitechapel. All bids must have the required paperwork and bid guaranty attached with this e-bid in order to be deemed responsive. If you are e-bidding and are using a check as the bid guaranty, the check must be received by the Division of Purchases and Supplies no later than the due date and time to be deemed responsive. The bid guaranty may be a bid bond or a certified check or cashier's check on a solvent bank. Prevailing Wages are required for this project. It is the obligation of a contractor or subcontractor to make payment in accordance with the prevailing wage determinations.
