The City of Toledo Department of Fire and Rescue is soliciting bids for the replacement of Fire Stations #5, #14, & #23's roofs according to the Roof Replacement Specifications attachment and related addendums. Please ensure said bids factor in a total project completion time of 90 days from date of issued Purchase Order. Liquidated Damages 1% or $250 per day. If using a check as the bid guaranty, the check must be received by the Division of Purchases and Supplies no later than the due date and time to be deemed responsive. The check must also be scanned and uploaded with the e-bid. Company checks and personal checks will NOT be accepted. Checks shall be made payable to "City of Toledo."
