Award amount is $744,149.71** The scope of Work contemplated for the abovenamed Project includes roadway improvements, handicap ramp improvements, concrete vertical curb installation, Belgian block curb installation well as all other work of any type or description necessary for contemplation of the Project, whether or not specifically described in these Contract Documents. All Work on this Contract shall be completed within 90 Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed. A Bid Bond or a Certified Check drawn to the order of Township of Bloomfield for not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid price amount, except that the check shall not exceed $20,000.00. The successful Bidder is hereby notified that a Performance and Payment Bonds for the full amount of this Project is required.
