This project is for demolition of Toll Plazas at MM 50, 53B, 57, 71, 76, 92 & 127 on I-35 (KTA) associated with the conversion to cashless tolling. The award of each contract shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Standard Specifications of the Kansas Department of Transportation, edition of 2015, and will be based upon the summation of the products of the unit prices and the approximate quantities. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularity therein, to determine which is the lowest responsible bid most suitable to the Authority.
