Contract 106: Electrical I Williamsville Central School District 2022 Capital Improvement Project the Work Includes Alterations for the Addition of Air Conditioning Systems at Six Elementary School Buildings, Including Architectural, Site, Hvac, Electrical and Plumbing System Alterations and the Construction of a Free-standing Utility Building at Each Site, Plus Electrical Service Upgrades at East High School. The Project Includes All Pertinent Demolition, Cutting, Patching, Equipment, Labor and Materials Necessary for Complete and Functional Installations The Owner May, at It's Discretion, Waive Informalities in Bids, but is Not Obligated to Do So, Nor Does It Represent That It Will Do So. The Owner Also Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids. Under No Circumstances Will the Owner Waive Any Informality That, by Such Waiver, Would Give One Bidder A Substantial Advantage or Benefit Not Enjoyed by All Other Bidders. No Bidder May Withdraw His Bid Before Ninety (90) Days After the Actual Date of the Opening Thereof, Unless a Mistake or Error is Claimed by the Bidder in Accordance With the Instructions to Bidders.
