Other Details Painting traffic lanes, parking lanes, thermoplastic directional arrows, crosswalks and legends & placement of RPM's. The project consists of several trade areas which are commonly utilized by Cities. These identified maintenance service areas are not intended to be all inclusive but rather a general listing of the most common maintenance areas requiring routine and frequent maintenance and repair. Also, it shall be noted that certain maintenance may require scheduled preventive maintenance work. Painting traffic lanes, parking lanes, and thermoplastic directional arrows, crosswalks, legends and placement of RPM's as required. All striping shall conform to Caltrans Standard Plans and Specifications, including applicable revisions. In compliance with SB 854, bids from contractors or subcontractors that are not currently registered as required will be deemed non-responsive, and no contractor or subcontractor will be allowed to work on a City project unless they are registered with the DIR pursuant to Labor Code Section 1725.5 BIDDING PROCESS: The City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and/or waive any irregularities or informalities in any bid.
