You are invited to submit a proposal to provide Huntsville Utilities with maintenance on our generators. Overall period of support upon award is one year, extendable for two (2) additional one (1) year periods dependent upon mutual agreement of both parties. You are requested to submit your proposal for individual unit pricing on the enclosed Proposal Form. If you propose an equivalent or cost savings solutions, please provide descriptive literature which demonstrates that our requirements are met or exceeded. Huntsville Utilities is the sole judge of equivalency Questions regarding this IFB must be emailed to Miranda.duke@hsvutil.org by November 6, 2023 close of business. Questions will be answered in Addendum format and emailed to all interested parties. Quote terms, availability, firm price, and FOB Huntsville, Alabama. We reserve the right to consider alternative pricing proposals. We reserve the right to award this action on a lot or individual basis.
