Furnish complete painting services for the U.S. Space & Rocket Center including all reasonable and necessary labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and supplies to paint interior and exterior spaces, buildings, walkways, walls, classrooms, offices, and parking lots on an as needed basis. It is the U.S. Space & Rocket Center's intent and purpose to have a painting service able to paint numerous large and small projects throughout the year. The initial period of performance of this bid will be for twelve (12) months beginning November 1, 2023, and ending October 31, 2024. Since this RFQ is not job specific, please submit on company letterhead, your hourly rate sheet for all labor expected to be required to perform the general painting duties as listed above. o Materials and Equipment will be charged at Cost plus 10%. o Additional Bid Documents Required include, Certificate of Insurance, E-Verify, Al Vendor Disclosure Statement, Al GC License, and Company W9 form. You may also submit your seal bid prior to public bid opening to the Director of Procurement, for the U.S. Space and Rocket Center, by coming in person to the Administration Entrance located at the U.S. Space and Rocket Center, One Tranquility Base,Huntsville, Al 35805
