Remove existing shingles down to original decking 2. Replace decking and fascia(aluminum wrapped) where necessary with appropriate size and grade 3. Install 6' of ice and water shield on eaves and 3' on rakes and valleys 4. Install new drip edge, flashing, counterflashing, pipe boots, synthetic underlayment, starter shingles, and 30 year architectural shingles and ridge cap 5. All shingles to be installed with high wind nailing pattern. Each bid shall include two parts: A. Price of roof tear down/installation B.
