The Town of Stony Point reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to accept any proposal, which in the opinion of the Town of Stony Point, will be in the best interest of the residents of the Town of Stony Point. Individuals or entities who obtained bid documents from a source other than directly from the Town Clerks Office do so at their own risk of not receiving additional documents, updates and notices that may be issued in relation to this bid. No accommodations or waivers shall be granted by the Town for deficiencies in the bid documents resulting from the submitting individual or entity failing to obtain the bid documents directly from the Town Clerks Office.
