The Iowa Department of Transportation is seeking bids for guardrail repair/upgrades as per specifications. US 61 northbound, Exit 187, off ramp to South Grandview Avenue in Dubuque, Iowa. W beam guardrail, upgrading system from damaged ET-Plus impact head to Softstop System. SoftStop System Tangent End Terminal with 8 Composite Block is the required replacement. Will be about 28 of W beam to be fixed and upgraded. IADOT - Cable Guard Rail Repair (US 61 NB Exit 187 Off Ramp to South Grandview Ave)
