The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists largely of interior sewer replacement and repairs isolated in a section of Fowler Middle School. The Project includes abatement, plumbing, flooring and casework as well as some exterior window replacement. B. The Work shall include all supplies, tools, equipment, scaffolding, transportation, utilities, service, superintendence, labor, and the furnishing of all materials, items, and accessories needed for the Project. 1. All on-site work, including demolition, installation, and final cleaning is required to be completed outside of school hours (7:30 am - 4 pm) and shall be completed on regular (not overtime hours). Contractor is to coordinate work to accommodate the continuous operation of the adjacent streets and utilities, without interruption or hindrance. 2.
