Site work, renovation and addition to a museum in Banner, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the addition of a 2,000-square-foot, one-story above grade museum; for the renovation of a 1,200-square-foot museum; and for site work for a museum.

Interpretive Center Renovation and Addition Project at the Fort Phil Kearny State Historic Site, Johnson County, Wyoming. The project will consist of an approximately 2,000 square foot 1-story building addition and a 1,200 square foot interior / exterior renovation of the existing Fort Phil Kearny visitor center. The building construction is wood framed walls, floor & roof structure. Foundation construction is concrete crawlspace walls and slab-on-grade and associated utility work and earthwork. It is the bidder's responsibility to review, through electronically for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. Telephone calls, emails, or faxes may not be accepted. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 11:00 a.m. MT November 21, 2023. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 5:00 p.m. MT on November 28, 2023. Questions received after 11:00 a.m. Mountain Time on November 21, 2023, will not be addressed. It is the Contractor's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. ONLY if you are submitting an original 10% bid bond or submitting a 10% cashier check, it MUST be received in the Procurement Office at: Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Office, 700 West 21st Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002. A COPY OF THE 10% CASHIER CHECK WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. If you are using Surety 2000, you will need to upload with your bid response documents a copy of the Surety 2000 document. All bids must be signed and uploaded completely through electronically on the due date indicated in the document. If your submission has not completely uploaded electronically will lock and your response will be incomplete and deemed non-responsive and eliminated from the evaluation process. If you have not yet registered electronically, and are interested in this bid, register immediately to avoid last-minute processing delays. Activation of your registration may take up to 24 hours.
