Saving Project...

Renovation of an educational facility in State College, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 111,397-square-foot, three-story above grade educational facility.

The project consists of new construction and renovation of existing spaces at the Nursing Science Building. The Building, originally constructed in 1979, has remained largely the same for the past 40 years with some minor renovations. Today, it serves as the centerpiece of the Ross and Carol Nese College of Nursing (CoN). The existing 71,000 gross square foot, three-story building with a full basement and mechanical penthouse offers the College offices and classroom spaces.
