1. ADA Toilet Room Renovations for the existing Ten Story Lakeland Electric Administration Building a. The purpose of the Lakeland Electric Building ADA Toilet Renovations is to enhance the existing restrooms in appearance and to bring the facility to accessible standards. There are no changes to the capacities or occupancies. b. The work includes all required materials, tools, equipment, labor, and supervision for the complete renovation / construction of all existing 18 toilet rooms, vestibules and associated corridors on nine floors of the existing ten story building, excluding floor level eight. The project will be broken down into the following sequences: 1) Basement, 1st Floor, 2nd Floor. 2) 3rd Floor, 4th Floor, 5th Floor. 3) 6th Floor, 7th Floor, 9th Floor. The City of Lakeland is seeking qualified contractors to provide all required materials, tools, equipment, labor, and supervision for the complete renovation / construction of all existing 18 toilet rooms, vestibules and associated corridors on nine floors of the existing ten story building, excluding floor level eight. The purpose of the Lakeland Electric Building ADA Toilet Renovations Project is to enhance the existing restrooms in appearance and to bring the facility to accessible standards.
