The of work for this project shall include the design, permitting, construction, and testing of one (1) circular, 135-foot inside diameter, 3.0 MG (nominal volume; 2.8 MG useable) wire wrapped pre-stressed concrete potable water storage tank with a galvanized steel diaphragm including vent(s), hatch, manway, guardrails, aluminum exterior ladder, FRP interior ladder, gravity ventilator, precast overflow(s), and other accessories as described herein. Install all piping, fittings, and appurtenances within the perimeter of the tank and extending to connect to the influent and effluent pipe connection points, as shown in the supplied as-built drawings. Connection points and pipe elevations shall be field verified the Design-Build Firm. The complete Design and Construction Criteria sets forth requirements regarding survey, design, and construction requirements relative to project management, scheduling, and coordination with other agencies and entities such as state and local government, utilities and environmental permitting agencies, and the public. If this Cost Proposal is not accepted within ninety (90) consecutive calendar days of the submittal deadline for Qualifications, or if the Undersigned delivers the executed Contract, all required documents and the required , as provided in the RFQ Documents, the Security shall be returned to the Respondent within seven (7) business days of issuance of Notice to Proceed.
