All Contractors are required to follow all posted COVID-19 guidelines. SCOPE OF WORK The project consists of main and additional campus improvements. Work includes replacement of internal digital signage displays and installation of new internal digital signage displays. A Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of 10% of the bid is to accompany the proposal. The successful bidder must furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond and Certificate of Insurance within ten (10) days of the award of the contract. Payment of Prevailing Wages is required for this project. This Project is Tax Exempt. In compliance with the Business Enterprise Program (BEP) for Minorities, Females, and Persons with Disabilities Act 30 ILCS 575/0.01, et seq. (the "Act"), Community College District No. 509, Elgin Community College, will commit to actively promote and encourage the participation of businesses owned by Minorities, Females, and Persons with Disabilities in the College's procurement process. The Board of Trustees of Elgin Community College reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or waive any bid irregularities.
