Reference number : 1774988 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-11-09 The work of this mandate consists mainly of the provision of the labour, materials, equipment, materials and services necessary for the execution of the work related to the rehabilitation of axis 12 on the 4 levels of parking lots P1 to P4 including the esplanade. The content of this article should not be considered exhaustive. For more details and clarifications, please refer to the Plans and Specifications and other documents forming part of this Terms of Reference. This work includes, but is not limited to: Mobilization and organization of the site; The installation of site fencing to encircle all work zones; Signage and flaggers, including temporary signage to divert traffic; Cleaning of drainage pipes before and after the work; If required, temporary shoring of slabs and beams during the work; Structural work; Plumbing and drainage work; Electrical work; Modification of the fence of the SQI enclosure at P3 to carry out the work, including the reinstallation at the end of the work; Installation, including the supply, of temporary fencing to encircle the temporary space of the SQI at P3 (provide 1000 linear feet of fencing, including an access door, all as the existing one); Patching the paint on the floor, wall and columns in the right-of-way of the construction site; Complete cleaning and maintenance of the site on a weekly basis (Friday); All surveying and measurement work necessary for the complete completion of the work; Board and travel expenses for all workers and subcontractors; Disposal of demolition waste specific to its work, off site, in an appropriate location and in accordance with the standards in force; The management of noise, dust, water or any other contaminant specific to its work; The tests and trials requested; Provision of certifications; Acceptance of the work.
