Site work and paving for a civil project in Campbell River, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and bridge / tunnel.
The proposed contract requires the Supply and Installation of a 15-meter-long concrete slab girder bridge on precast concrete cap/wingwall and concrete lock blocks, cast in place by concrete footings. This contract is located in the San Juan operating area east of Port Renfrew, at the 2.55 kilometre mark on the Mosquito Main FSR. Works are anticipated to be completed by March 31, 2025. This contract requires the expertise of an experienced forestry road contractor familiar with all phases of road and bridge construction. All contract related questions must be submitted in writing ONLY to the following email address: Forests.StraitofGeorgiaTimberSalesOffice@gov.bc.ca. Deadline for receiving questions is 4:30 pm on November 13, 2023. If questions are received, a Question & Answer document will be posted to electronically by November 15, 2023. The lowest priced or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. If your bid deposit is in the form of cash, money order, certified cheque or bank draft, you will not be able to e-bid.
