An original certified check or cashier's check payable to the Board of Education or satisfactory original Bid Bond executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. If an original cashier's or certified check or an original signed Bid Bond as required by this Section is not received by the District by the bid submission deadline, the bid will not be considered.
