This Request for Proposals (the RFP) is an invitation by The Sir Sandford Fleming College of Applied Arts and Technology (the College) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for General Contracting Services for the Renovation of the Hairstyling Academy Salon at the Sutherland Campus, 599 Brealey Drive, Peterborough, ON, K9J 7B1, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the Deliverables). The Sutherland Campus is located at 599 Brealey Drive, Peterborough, ON, K9J 7B1. The College is seeking general contracting services to renovate approximately 120 m2 of classroom and storage space into the new Academy Hair Salon, consisting of a hair salon lab space and adjacent colour mixing room space.
