Site work for a mixed-use development in Peterborough, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a library; and water / sewer project.
New water service for the Bata Library, including the downpipe just inside the building. This would include appropriate sizing, shut-off valves, tie-in locations, etc. The tie-in location would be a 14” water main on West Bank Dr and the inside tie-in location would be below grade inside the Bata Library on a basement level. TIMELINE: An RFP for engineering design has been awarded. Preliminary budget estimates are less than $250,000. Project may be followed if approved to bid; at this time no tenders have been publicly issued. Coverage of this report is discontinued at this time.
